We are a small operation which consists of a small group of old friends who happen to be handy. We don’t require deposits for handy jobs. If we are getting the supplies on a paint job or any bigger project we might request 1/3, 1/2 depending on the size etcetera.

Handy jobs are on an hourly rate which is $75 and there’s a 2 hours minimum. Evenings after 18:00 and weekends are $85 an hour and the same minimum applies. How long things take depends on variables like materials of the walls, complexity of design of items to be installed and there’s a LOT of etceteras.

Paint jobs are a fixed price which is determined after assessing the space and scope of work. We take EVERYTHING into consideration when pricing a job.
